Formerly Professor in the Graduate Program in IRHR at Rutgers University; Current lecturer at the Institute of Management & Labor Relations at Rutgers; Frequent speaker at labor relations conferences throughout the United States; Member of the 3-person Federal Reserve System Labor Relations Panel; Permanent Arbitrator under many collective bargaining agreements, including those between NJ State Judiciary and Probation Assn. of New Jersey; State of Connecticut and Ct. Groat Award, given by Cornell University for outstanding accomplishments as an arbitrator and mediator of labor and employment disputes in the private and public sectors. 2023 - Lawyer Monthly magazine is a periodical published in Great Britain. In August 2023, I was recognized in the magazine’s ADR issue as “Mediator of the Year for the United States.”
